Football Training for those who want to do a little extra work. This is an optional session although it’s highly encourage you attend.

Warm Up (10 min)
1 × 1.2km (4min recovery)
4 × 100m (25sec recovery)
4 × 75m (20sec recovery)
4 × 50m (15sec recovery)
4 × 25m (10sec recover)

Total 2.2km

Cool down(10min)

Will occur throughout the month of February and will stop when preseason games are commencing.
